Great location...we are glad to have found this amazing place with it's true charm and beauty. Besides the ingenious way of transforming a train wagon into an accomodation, this is a wonderful place to spend outdoor quality time, swimming în the pool or simply relaxing în the amazing yard....the space is more than enough for a familly of 4...we enjoyed 10 beautiful days here.

The bedrooms are fine, they are comfy and - except one room - they all have AC.

The most relaxing vacation I've had. Nice villa, equipped with everything you need, clean rooms, 3 comfortable terraces with sea view, the sea is 2 steps away, the bay is just for you and your family. The hosts are very nice, they can be contacted by phone and if you need any shopping, they will bring it to you the next day at first. We will definitely come back next year!

Spacious terrace and parking spot. The welcoming host ensured excellent communication throughout our visit. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, like water and coffee ready in the kitchen upon arrival and everything was clean and tidy. The fast internet connection and smart TV with YouTube provided much-needed quiet moments for the kids.
I highly recommend visiting Trani Ammouda Beach, just 20 km away. While Psakudia offers clean and warm water, Trani Ammouda boasts white sand and incredible water, perfect for a full day of relaxation.
Everything was extremely nice from the beginning. Cozy place, comfortable apartment, perfect location in a quiet area in the middle of amazing olive trees and close to everything you need (beach, cafe/restaurants, supermarkets, etc.). The owner was very kind, helpful and supportive and I wish that every time I would experience such level of hospitality. I should separately highlight the level of cleanness in the apartment. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re seeking for a retreat and quality rest from the city rush.

Everything was great. The hosts are really nice. The Apartment facilities are fresh and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect on a quiet street. The Wi-Fi was stable. Definitely recommend it for everyone who plan Vacation in Psakoudia, Chalkidiki. There is a lot of amazing nature in the area. :)
The apartment is large, clean and very well equipped. There is a nice and cozy balcony to enjoy your coffee or drinks. One cat with three kittens kept us company which was a bonus.
The owner is very polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much!

This property is perfect for a family vacation - quiet, clean and large enough. The host George is very kind and responsive. The beach is about a 5-6 minute walk. It is clean and well maintained, with fine sand, changing rooms and toilets in the nearby bars.
We had apartment on the ground floor, so we had a direct access to the garden which was amazing. Apartment was clean and comfortable, I really recommend this place. Short walk to the beach. Very quiet and peaceful place, perfect to rest. Nearby nice restaurants.

The apartment is very well soundproofed, you can not hear any noise when someone lives upstairs. The neighborhood is also very quiet and peaceful, very close to the beach.
