But best of all, the apartment is decorated and equipped in a good Greek style and where you are there, you don't know what you prefer, a luxury hotel apartment, or this one. For us, it was easy ;)
We loved our apartment- it had everything we needed and a spacious balcony with beautiful views over the sea. It was quiet and peaceful with its pretty garden and private beach - perfect for swimming in the lovely clear water!
We enjoyed the excellent bakery which was very close by. The staff were friendly and helpful.
We only spent three nights at Maresol and regret not being able to spend more time there. It is the perfect place for a quiet and peaceful vacation. Nearby is a very good tavern with the best souvlaki on the island :) The hosts are very kind and good people. Very nice apartment with very comfortable bad :) We will stay there again! :)
In the hospitality industry everything comes down to details.
Let's start with the positive:
The rooms were spacious, the interior modern and clean, parking was amble, the grounds well kept, doors and windows were of high quality and secure, there was plenty of 'kit' such as pans, plates, sandwich grill, oven and fridge. Generally the surrounding area was quiet and peaceful
Every aspect of the hotel was luxurious: The quiet private beach, numerous pools, well equipped gym, fabulous Italian restaurant, views from so many places in the resort, amenities in the room… Just wowed by our 3 days here.
The hotel is situated near one of the biggest cities, which makes it a perfect match. 10 minutes driving to Nidri and at the same time it is in a quiet and peaceful place like Nikiana. There is a beach just in front ot the hotel- 2 min walking. The receptionist Paolo is the best ever! He helped us with everything with a smile. Very helpful young tourism specialist! The breakfast was included in the price and it was great. We had a great stay , thank you 😊 ! I strongly recommend Lefkada !
We had such a wonderful stay here. In a peaceful and quiet area, we enjoyed lovely seaviews from the balcony, the spacious room, and the delicious breakfast spread that introduced us to authentic dishes.
Big thanks to Nikos, for his help and hospitality, as well as his mother for the best ever Portokaopita (Orange Pie), Tiropita (Cheese Pie) and homemade baking 🙌
We did not have breakfast. The location is ideal for anyone wanting a quiet holiday. Nikiana has a delighful harbour and there are plenty of restaurants to suit all budgets.
We did not participate in local watersports as they were not value for money.
Hiking and driving round Lefkada a must and nice to return to the comfort and warm welcome of the staff at Hotel Eleana
The location is idyllic. Everything has been planned with extreme detail. The house has everything to offer and Spyros the is the most polite and professional host one can be. There is parking, a coffee machine, a washing and a dish washing machine and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Waking up every morning in that house is a dream to live, its quiet and peaceful and the view is magnificent. Do not miss the chance to book this villa as soon as you find it available.
