The host was lovely, punctuous, friendly and helpful, the place was spacious and clean, and had a true home feeling.
the views from the balcony were wonderful, the kitchen was well equiped. The location is very close to the airport, (a big advantage as we flew out early), yet the neighbirhod was quiet and retained an authentic charm.

Wow! More room than I anticipated! We traveled with our two youngest kids (15 yrs and 18 yrs) and we had more than enough beds for the whole family. Description of house is 2 beds and a couch bed but only a ONE bedroom. There is a bonus room that is the entry that also has a couch and the 2nd bed. This worked out perfectly for our sleeping arrangements. The house is so cute, safe, clean, and comfortable. Very large house for a great price in a cool location near the beach where the locals hang out. Perfect place to stay!

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. You can’t hear the traffic from the main road, only the inevitable flights passing overhead every few minutes during the day.
It is perfectly located for an airport stopover or a longer stay near the sea. It is on a quiet peaceful street a two minute walk from the beach and sea front. Self contained large studio apartment above the hosts home.. They are very kind welcoming and attentive. We could not fault this lovely place.
Great location next to the port, right in the centre of Artemida.. Restaurants, bars, mini-markets all nearby. In late February it was quiet and peaceful, a little noise on Saturday night, but not disturbing. Communications with Elena were excellent, and Rita, who showed us in and out, was lovely. Recommend To Merika restaurant downstairs in the same building.
Amazing, from start to finish the communication was spot on it was like staying with family. Lovely space, quiet and peaceful. Vicki our host organised a taxi to pick us up. She also drove us onto town and picked us back up.. exceptional service, lovely people. Thankyou Vicki and Jimmy.
I like the apartment as the space with garden was really nice and green with plants and trees. Very quiet environment, peaceful and friendly neighbourhood.
GREAT SERVICE AND THE NICEST PEOPLE. THE ONLY LIMITATION FOR TOP RATING IS THE FACT THAT THE UPPER LEVELS OF THE HOTEL ARE STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND THERE IS NO DINNER SERVICE ON SITE. HOWEVER, THE HOTEL WAS VERY QUIET AND PEACEFUL AND THEY PROVIDED TAKEAWAY FROM A LOCAL RESTAURANT. THE FOOD WAS GREAT AND THE CONCIERGE TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK IF TRAVELLING IN THE AREA.
