The Livadi are a short walk from the beautiful village of Lakka but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. They are kept immaculate by the wonderful housekeeper Emma who always greets you with a smile, she is a wonderful ambassador for the company. The studios have everything you need and if it is not there kostas will go out of his way to find it!
We had a wonderful time at Rania's Cottage. The setting is SO perfect just above the village of Lakka and Orkos beach - albeit a steep climb above! - but it was unbelievably peaceful and quiet - heavenly! The cottage was very well equipped and easy to live in - everything we could need was thought of there and Marianna so kindly had bought some things for us to eat on our first evening as we were so tired from the journey.
The location. It was peaceful and quiet even though it is opposite a bar. Absolutely no noise heard unless the balcony doors were wide open. And with a lovely view of lakka. Close to everything and housekeeping was excellent. Booked again for next year.
The Livadi Studios are fantastic. Wonderful pool, lovely rooms. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings and only 5 minutes walk to the centre of Lakka. Kostas was a fabulous host and made us feel very welcome and looked after.
A delightful, small, peaceful complex set within beautifully tended gardens. We loved the well looked-after pool which we often had to ourselves and the fact it was very close ( 5 mins walk on the flat) to the lovely harbour of Lakka but far enough away from the crowds to be extremely quiet. This an exceptionally well managed set of studios and the manager, Kostas could not have been more caring and helpful. A gem!
Absolutely fabulous place! peaceful and quiet but close to the bars, restaurants and the beach. Perfectly clean and very good facilities. Kostas is a wonderful host, really nice guy, very helpful and great communication. Great pool too!
Very well located, staff very friendly and available to answer any question that we could have. Everything was working (Wifi, equipments, bathroom,...), comfy bed, superb swimming pool and terrasse. Very peaceful and quiet but less than 5 min walk from the center of Lakka. Definitely recommend.
