Everything was like on the pictures, like described. New, modern and functinal. Close to beach, but also quiet at the night. The yard was long, good football terrain for us.
Fun fact: There were no mosquitoes. I dont know what the landlords were using, but it was working very well.

Everything was amazing! All floor was for us we have access to everything, indoor was top designed! They even give us vegetables from the garden in the back of the house! Very kind people we definitely will come back! 5min by car to the beach! The place is on very comunicative spot and overall it is very quiet!

Excellent location, next to the beach which is huge and quiet. The beach itself has children's playground, ideal for small children. The villa is fully equipped with kitchen appliances and dishes, washing machine and everything necessary for a vacation. It is clean, spacious, quiet... the .hosts are friendly and available at all times
It' very clean,family owned,with great pool restaurant.The property is positioned in a quiet part of Nea Flogita,it was very peacefull and relaxing.Rooms are cleaned every 3 days,you cannot use the towels at the pool.
Everything was perfect. The communication with the host Ritsa was easy, the location of the appartment is excelent (3 min walk to the beach) in the quiet part of Flogita but very close to the restorants, market, and everything you need. The apartment is modern, equiped with 2 smart TV's, stable fast internet conection, fully equiped kitchen, bath with thermostatic shower valve.... and much more... We will surely visit again.
The house is great! It has everything you need for wonderful holidays. It is five minutes from the beach but is very quiet and peaceful. Housts are vary kind and friendly.

The property is located in a nice, quiet neighbourhood, but close to the center. The beach was 2mins away. The room was very clean. The hosts, Sofia and Katerina were very hospitable, and Katerina was very responsive with any requests.
Check-in was a breeze. The rooms were spacious and spotless. Even on hot days, the house stayed comfortably cool. The patio was wonderful, providing excellent shade, making it a perfect spot to relax. The street is quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. The host was fantastic and very helpful.
The house is located at a key location with the village. Very quiet area away from the main road but still within walking distance to local amenities and beach bars. Ideal for a family! The landlady is absolutely lovely and the house itself in great condition! We’ll be definitely going back :)
the apartments are new. everything is new, clean. there is everything you need in the kitchen. close to the sea. cleaning, bed linen and towels are changed every three days. a quiet and peaceful place, behind a field with watermelons, melons, tomatoes and zucchini, which you can buy right there. it is not far from the center, there are many restaurants and shops
