Wow! More room than I anticipated! We traveled with our two youngest kids (15 yrs and 18 yrs) and we had more than enough beds for the whole family. Description of house is 2 beds and a couch bed but only a ONE bedroom. There is a bonus room that is the entry that also has a couch and the 2nd bed. This worked out perfectly for our sleeping arrangements. The house is so cute, safe, clean, and comfortable. Very large house for a great price in a cool location near the beach where the locals hang out. Perfect place to stay!

An amazing vip indeed! A great and peaceful private house. Feels like home, AC, TV, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, bathroom and a full kitchen. Equipped with every comfort you need outside your home. Very close to the shops, tram, bus stop and beaches. Quiet streets with trees. A beautiful church and open space nearby. Friendly staff, ready to help.
Beautiful sea views from the house and from several terraces. Quiet and peaceful place at night from day one. Fantastic seafood restaurant on the seafront a few hundred meters away. The owners are very nice and helpful. The house is fully equipped, comfortable. Athens centre is an hour away by public transport. We would love to come again. One of the best family holidays we had here in Greece.
Like a sanctuary in the busy city, the Ermass was so peaceful and wonderful. Very modern and comfortable with all the little details designed. The quality of the linens and bed and furnishings was great. The location was quiet and very easy to get around to see all the sites. The staff is exceptional and always ready to help. They even have a massage therapist option. I will definitely be back!

I arrived by taxi from Syntagma and left by taxi to Monastiraki, due to having a lot of luggage. If you are travelling light, you can easily walk from downtown.

The property is clean, well equipped, fabulous air conditioning and shower/bathroom. Small balcony for us to have some private people watching up the Main Street in Athens. We also had a fantastic view of the acropolis from the roof terrace to watch the sun set, with some chilled wine. You’re in the thick of the bustle of the Main Street, straight out of your door. We had a perfect night sleep, surprisingly quiet and peaceful, no car or traffic noise as it’s in the pedestrian section. Could not recommend enough! Fabulous hosts

Easy access to the apartment: excellent communication with the amazing Nektarius (host), who is helpful throughout your stay. I fully recommend this place.
