Our stay at Ktima dikopoulos was incredible. The property was exactly as described in the listing and more. The house is on a hill overlooking the ocean and the beautiful lush landscape filled with olive trees and colorful plant life and flowers. There are many cozy places to sit and enjoy the nature sounds. The outdoor area is very serene, relaxing, and tastfully decorated. Although the property is away from the city, everything is a short drive away making it the perfect location. What the listing description cannot capture is the warm hospitality of the owners. While respecting privacy, they are always available for a chat which we really enjoyed everytime. Pavlos is genuine and so lovely but also very knowledable of Zakynthos. He recommended great locations for the perfect beach destination and parts of the island based on daily weather and crowds. The interior of the house was beautiful as well. Filled with everything you need for your stay as well as many beautiful artifacts and memoribilia of his life. Each bedroom is equipped with an air conditioner and the beds are very conforrable.
If you are an animal lover, there are two friendly dogs and many cats on the property that we grew to love. Because the property is located on an organic farm, there are many delicious fruits, jams, wines, and olive oil for purchase at very reasonable prices. We enjoyed our stay so much and would stay here again!

This is a family-owned and run venue and you receive a very high level of attention. From the initial welcome and check-in, through the whole stay, there is always someone there to help you, and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend looking at their website before you book as there are lots of services that are not obvious from the initial booking. They can provide breakfast, the beds are made and the villas are cleaned every day.

We have enjoyed a lot our stay here. I liked very much how large the rooms were. The owner of the house, Dimitris, was always very kind and willing to help with recommendations for our stay. He also brought us small gifts as watermelon and a book with the history of the island. Our favourite place was the sunbeds from the yard in front of the house - we stared at the stars and moon each evening, and that was our favourite moment of the day.

We stayed many times in Greece and in many different accommodations, but this really was the most beautiful one!! The cottages are so nicely decorated and very private, you have your own big terrace with practically your own back yard. And then the pool area with magnificent sea and Kefalonia view. In the pool bar you can order food between 09.00 and 17.00 h, this food is delicious and you do not have to order breakfast in advance. So you can decide each morning to leave early and have breakfast in your cottage or to go to the pool and have it there. Hara and Dennis are the most friendly hosts and Dennis takes the time to sit with you after your arrival with a map of Zakynthos to point out all the places, beaches and restaurants which are worth a visit. Communication with the hosts is also very good, they respond very quickly to any questions you might have. So, in short, when we ever return to Zakynthos, we will most certainly stay in Ilyessa Cottages!! Also because of the location, somewhat in the middle of the island, so you can reach all parts by car within reasonable time.

The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
Well equipped appartment, even cosmetics and hygienic supplies available. Close to shops, restaurants but still it was quiet there. Nice swimming pool. Very nice and pleasant host, cleaning was done every day.
This property had everything you could ask for. Next to shops, restaurants, bars and beach but still a very peaceful hotel. Staff were very friendly. Had clean bedding and towels daily. Hotel and rooms were so clean and the decor was really nice. Stunning views from the balcony of our rooms overlooking the sea. Very happy and will be returning ☺️
Lovely, spacious apartment with a fantastic terrace to three sides of the apartment and an additional balcony off one of the two large bedrooms. Located in a peaceful area with lovely views of rugged countryside. Ideally located with Argassi, Kalamaki and Zante just a short drive away. Free Wi-Fi is also included.
Peaceful and quiet with 10 min walk to argassi main town .. lovely pool and access to see swimming just down the stairs with pool bar next door ...very relaxing
The room was cozy and had everything we needed. Huge double bed, small kitchen (ish), bathroom and ac that literally saved us from the heat. The rooms were cleaned regularly. Dennis and his mother are amazing people ready to help. The location is quiet at night so we could sleep peacefully.
