This stay was wonderful. George and Eleni were lovely hosts. We were able to contact them via WhatsApp which made it so convenient. Their villa is private, quiet and the perfect distance away from Herakleion. We felt very safe. When we arrived we were offered fresh fruits from their garden (I ate so many fresh oranges!) as well as some snacks. We made use of the kitchen and felt very much at home. We had an amazing time and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed or wanted. There was plenty of hot water, great wifi signal and the bed was comfortable.

Very nice host, she welcomed us and at the end gave us a small gift for our honeymoon. The pool is very nice and has a nice view over the sea and there's a jacuzzi next to it. The fridge was stocked with some food for breakfast, milk and wine and the kitchen has a nice coffee machine and microwave that were very handy.

The peace and quiet and privacy. Large space. Good shower. The kitchen was well equipped and snacks and wine and fruits were appreciated. We were met in person and it was a nice gesture. We had instant contact by phone when needed.The cafeneon in the town square was welcoming and most pleasant and had delicious food. We liked the lemon trees full of fruit and were offered to pick more than were already left for us. The heater was good to have to take the edge off of cool evenings.

Great location: grocery store downstairs, beach is 5 min walk, diving center around the corner, parking space available, rent a car close by if needed, bars and restaurants very close by and still very quiet and private.
Manos and his family are a fantastic host: very friendly, warm and responsive to any request that we had and also gave us a lot of tips about were to go and what to do.

We highly recommend this hotel for the atmosphere, nice service, cleanliness and food. If you want rest in peaceful and beautiful place you should visit this hotel!
Stunning views .. Quiet location Accommodation was second to none.. lovely beaches, fabulous food .. Everything was catered for. Olga and Anna were fabulous hosts and could not do enough for us .

We stayed for over a week at Keramos in April and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was functional and provided an excellent home base to explore Agia Pelagia and further afield across Crete. Although not luxurious the place offers very good value for money, clean and quiet… George was very welcoming, full of good suggestions for local food and I would recommend the home made Raki!!

It’s quiet, yet a matter of metres from everything.
Mary and her family are the loveliest people - nothing was too much trouble. I started the stay alone and I always felt that Mary was looking after me.
This isn’t a luxurious all inclusive hotel, it’s small and family run - and you do feel like part of the family throughout your stay. I felt at home from the minute I arrived.
When we left, I felt I was saying goodbye to a friend - at least, goodbye until the next time, because I will definitely return

Diana apartments is a quiet place, but within easy reach of restaurants, shops, the main beach. Private lagoon for more skilled swimmers. Everything has already been written by others guests.
