To say it straight away: If it were only up to the landlord, Ioannis, then we would have to award 100 rather than 10 points. We found the house in a complex with about ten houses built in the same style. I suspect the complex is about fifteen to twenty years old. The houses are surrounded by green areas and you have a beautiful view of the sea from both the ground floor and the first floor. There is a parking space for each house. Everything is extremely clean, the fridge was stocked with cold meats, cheese, butter, bread, water and wine for the first few days. It was a really pleasant experience. Ioannis offered a cleaning after three days and also brought a big plate of fresh fruit. There is very good mosquito protection everywhere in the house. This is also urgently needed.

Besides the ingenious way of transforming a train wagon into an accomodation, this is a wonderful place to spend outdoor quality time, swimming în the pool or simply relaxing în the amazing yard....the space is more than enough for a familly of 4...we enjoyed 10 beautiful days here.

The little house was near to a not too crowded beach, close to restaurants and Nikiti is a good place to stay if you wish to explore Sithonia.

We recommend the hotel, if you are looking for a nice, peaceful and comfortable place. Even located in the heart of Afitos, the hotel is very quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable and looked even better than on internet. The breakfast was very tasty and was served in a beautiful small garden with nice decoration and pleasant music. The hosts were really kind, friendly and helpful. We would like to go there again. Thank you!

The house is located in a lovely garden, a very peaceful and quiet location only a short walk from Afitos village. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated, we had a wonderful view of Kassandra bay from our balcony. Vicky and Andy are great hosts, very helpful and will make you feel like a valued guest. I highly recommend Palatino. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
The location is perfect. You can get to the beach using the road downstairs from the hotel. We were with a car, so we went to the beach with the car. The beaches in Kallithea are a little bit downhills. You can walk in the evening to have dinner in Kallithea, or walk/drive to Afytos. Because the hotel is at the end of the city, it is really quiet and peaceful.
The rooms are really clean. There is a pool outdoors, but I didn't see anyone using it. Also, the view from their garden is perfect.
The location is 5/10 min walk from Aphitos center or from the beach, is quiet, peaceful, furnished with such a good taste! The swimming pool is great and we loved the sunbeds around. We chose the room Regalis and the interior design was wonderful! Comfortable beds, coffe and tea machine with enough coffe, little fridge, huge bathroom!!
The city is just around the corner so you can grab very good things to eat for breakfast at the bakery.

We stayed for a week and then we came for a month. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels in many countries, in our opinion, afitos boutique hotel is the most beautiful place for a sea holiday. perfect for swimming in the sea. Ideal for quiet quiet listening. employees are concerned and friendly. We will definitely come again.
Everything was super clean. Quiet and peaceful place. Really great attitude, owner was really nice, and the view is stunning. Location is perfect, yes, the beach is not right there, but it wasn't a problem for us, we rented a car, but anyway it's not a long walk. Will come back next year for a longer stay. Thank you.
