I booked this place for my grandmother for a week, as I wanted to make sure that she has a good time during her vacation. I am so happy I booked this place, the stay was perfect all the way.
My grandmother loved every detail of her accommodation. She loved the comfortable bed, she very much enjoyed the fresh shower, view out of the window, quietness of the street and inside the house, calm and light design, kitchen facilities, neighbors and especially the host Irina, who created this beautiful apartment hotel. It’s definitely worth every penny, I highly recommend and would love to come back!

Everything was excellent, good stuff. Clean and comfortable room. The room had air conditioning and a balcony with a nice view. If you want to relax in a quiet place with good nature, with good housewives, I recommend this house. I think next year I will definitely come again.

I really liked this accomodation, as I had been staying in the centre of town and really needed to be somewhere quiet connected to nature! This place was absolutely perfect for me, with a big window, balcony, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, everything was exactly what I needed. I would like to come back one day 😊

There is a cafe on the ground floor of the block of flats if you need a quick coffee or lunch. .. Room was very clean, with sea and mountain view on the 12 th floor. Even though it was next to the railway and main road, That side of the flat was quiet. Room was well equipped with all the necessities including pots and plates, hair dryer, washing liquid, iron and washing machine.
Wonderful large room, wonderful sympathetic and attentive hostess. The room is fully consistent with the photo, we have a balcony overlooking the sea and so every evening we enjoyed the colorful sunsets. Our room had a large and very comfortable bed. The house is on the hill with a charming view of the sea and distant Batumi. It is close to a large botanical garden that is worth a visit. A bit further away, there are some hiking places. I used the bus 10A to get to Batumi. The bus stop is about 5 minutes walking away.
The room had a convenient separate entrance from the terrace where delicious breakfasts were served and where it was possible to relax after a busy day.
Hosts are caring and warm people.
The guesthouse is in a quiet area, yet close to a few groceries shops and cafes. The rooms were clean and comfy, the common kitchen spacious and well-equipped.
This appartment is very big and comfortable. The owner David takes good care of the appartment and garden. This is cosy quiet beautifull oasis in the midst of concrete jungle. Everything is close, restaurants, supermarket and the beach. We had amazing time here and really rested.
