Unique location in the middle of Winchelsea. Very cosy, nice atmosphere.
Have never stayed in an apartment where literally EVERYTHING was there, even a big flaslight! Handsoap, kitchen paper, etcetc.
The living room is lovely, and the bed is excellent.
It's also nice that the only 'supermarket' in town is a 1-minute-walk from the apartment. In this shop they have everything you need for your daily life, even 5 or 6 newspapers! Fresh bread from a bakery nearby, the same for meat. The owner makes you a coffee-to-go behind the counter!

We left on Sunday morning, and since we had to check out at 10 o clock, I asked if it was possible to check out a bit later. This was no problem at all, and we did not have to pay extra for this. Wow!

The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
This is our second time staying at Finchden Barn whilst visiting family. Lovely property in a quiet peaceful area, handy for the town of Tenterden nearby and also easy access to local attractions. Very roomy and comfortable, brilliant DVD collection to chose from. We had another lovely stay and will definitely stay again.
Wonderful quiet and peaceful property. Beautifully decorated and warm. Everything was first rate and we thought it was very kind that the owner left us fresh farm produce for our breakfast. The house is wonderfully decorated and the farm is delightful. We hope to be back soon. Thank you.

Very roomy and comfortable and the shower was excellent.
All in all, we had a lovely stay and will definitely stay here again if we visit the area in the future.
Nicely fitted out. Very clean and looked new. Everything was thoughtfully provided, including breakfast. Nearby Bull Inn provided very good Dinner and breakfast too.
A very quiet location in pleasant countryside. Not expensive and no stairs to negotiate.
