This was a lovely apartment with everything I needed. It is centrally located and very close to the tube (Bank and Mansion House stations). The building itself was also fairly quiet - you might hear the odd neighbour coming and going or a bit of 'outside noise', but with the windows closed, it's quiet peaceful.
A fabulous place within easy walking distance of the O2 Forum. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the room was very quiet and comfortable. Thoughtful little touches, like spare wash kit items, gorgeous luxury soaps and a jug of milk already in the fridge made all the difference after a long journey. There was also plenty of hot water for long soak in the luxurious copper bath tub.
Quiet, peaceful location just a short walk from High Street shops & transport.

This was a fab apartment in a perfect location. I didn't need to use the tube at all. Apartment was clean and comfortable and spacious. The community action was excellent. I slept very well. The buzz from outside at night was actually quite uplifting, hearing everyone enjoying themselves but once in the back bedroom, all was quiet and peaceful. The bathroom was luxurious with some lively toiletries. Felt very safe and secure. Ate in Eat Tokyo round the corner and Yakiniku opposite. The pub on the corner was quaint.
Spotless, very comfortable, touch of luxury with the coffee pods and accompanying chocolates. Bath and shower, luxurious towels that wrap around you, quiet, delicious breakfast and super value for money for London! Really appreciated the free drink voucher for the bar too! Nothing was too much trouble and we were given extra coffee and water within minutes of requesting it. Gorgeous!
Everything was wonderful. Where is was in the Westfield center which is a perfect place. Employees were very nice and polite. Always wanted to please you or help. The decoration and structure of the rooms and bathrooms and hotel itself are splendid and luxury. The price worth it ! Very close to Stratford station which is very useful. At 5 minutes from all type of restaurants (around 90). Very quiet and peaceful to have a calm night. Next to one of the biggest mall in Europe, perfect for shopping !
The hotel was very pleasant overall, felt luxury. The room was extremely cozy and relaxing. I don't know if there was noise cancellation in the room but it certainly sounded like there was. Had a very peaceful and quiet sleep.
Beautiful luxurious decor and attention to detail. Designer and top class feel from reception to the room. Amazing brand new shower,comfy bed. The room was ‘cozy’ but the space was utilised well.The TV was huge. The bathroom was regular room size and had a stunning and spacious balcony. The room was quiet and peaceful Little extras like kettle ,tea and coffee and biscuits made all the difference and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay there again
Peaceful. Quiet. Luxury. Quality. Multimedia system. Staff is excellent. House cleaning is just pure pro, really really good. Water pressure is great. Heating is plentiful. Additional possibility of air conditioning seperate fot every room in the apartment! Location next to the tube is excellent! Really superb experience!
