Cottage was well equipped, lovely view, peaceful & perfect to return to after a day exploring. Location is excellent for hiking in the Mournes and also close to Tollymore forest. Hare’s Gap bistro is a 10 minute walk, perfect if you don’t fancy cooking. Highly recommend and hope to be back.
Fantastic cottage with everything you could wish for. Plenty of peace and quiet with so much to do on your doorstep. Special mention goes to Claire, fantastic host who frequently sent messages making sure everything was ok without intruding on your privacy.
Situated in a rural area. Would need sat nav to locate. Accommodation was very spacious clean and comfortable.. Bed was very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Big snooker table in situ. Loved the peacefulness of the surrounding area.
Pretty much everything you could need is in the cottage. Utensils, crockery, linen, towels...all provided. The quietness of the location is second to none, and the views across the countryside to the Mournes is spectacular.
