Beautiful location , quiet and peaceful, very good food in both restaurants, really enjoyable breakfast. I had a spa treatment sea spray detox with full body massage . Felt great after. The hotel and spa staff are friendly and helpful. First night, our radiator didn't work in the room, which was very cold, we reported it to the receptionist, and they immediately moved us to another room and upgraded us to a suite we will definitely be staying again .

My partner and I stayed here on 6th Nov and we loved it! Joanne, the host is really friendly and helpful, my little dog adored her little dogs, and they had a fun playtime together when we first arrived. The house is 200 years old and feels historical and interesting; in today’s world of identical Travel-lodges it makes a refreshing change. There is everything provided for breakfast or a snack that you could need in the dining room, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel was clean and the room was decorated brightly and quirkily.
My experience is not at all the experience of some of these other reviewers. I wonder when I read reviews sometimes, if people are just looking for fault. For the price, it’s a fantastic hotel in a fantastic location - right next to the airport, with a welcoming, warm host.

The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
The owners went above and beyond to meet our needs. The food at breakfast and dinner was exceptional.
The Inn is located in calm, quiet surroundings with countryside views. Highly recommend it!

The hotel totally exceeded my expectations. It was excellent value for money, especially the breakfast that was included. The rooms are very generous and have every luxury. The team at the hotel were also very helpful and provided advice on what to do in the surrounding countryside. An added bonus is the after hours access to the amazing gardens at Hever Castle.
From arrival to departure we had an excellent experience. The breakfast was delicious, our tour of the castle was so interesting and very enjoyable. Having the luxury of exclusive use of the grounds as we came when the castle is closed to the public was wonderful. Stunning and peaceful walk. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, Martin and Sally deserve a special mention from us.
