The host Nicola was amazing, really friendly and couldn’t do enough do us, it felt like we were staying at an old friend’s house for the evening. The house is very clean and tidy, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The ground and views are amazing, unspoilt countryside views for miles, great for bird watching. The breakfast was made from quality ingredients and was fresh and very tasty. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you

We received a very warm welcome and exceptionally friendly, attentive service throughout. The pub has a lot of character and charm whilst being well-equipped and comfortable. Located in the heart of North Devon, there are beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and it really is a delightfully peaceful spot. Dinner was excellent, the rooms warm and functional. Staff and the regulars were a pleasure to meet. All in all, a fabulous pub/guesthouse run by those who understand true hospitality. Incredible value for the price, too!
