Excellent host and was assisted with any enquiries. Breakfast was lovely. A very relaxing garden area to chill in. The area is very quiet and peaceful, would highly recommend.
We booked this property for the Royal International Air Tattoo airshow. This was a fantastic location to use as it was easy to get to, very close to Swindon for the park and ride. After a long day at the air show, this was just the perfect place to return to and relax with its lake side location. If we go again this will be my first choice. Quiet and peaceful.
Customer service was excellent - reception, bar, breakfast, cleaning - all good. Room was lovely, bed very comfortable and the balcony overlooking the lake is fantastic. It was very quiet and peaceful.

Quiet, peaceful and private location. The apartment is quite spacious for two people. The kitchen is not just for show.

The balcony was spacious with great view . The corridors were quiet, we had a great night sleep, it was clean and the room was comfy.
Breakfast was fabulous and although the hotel was busy it was peaceful and relaxing around the hotel. Pool and sauna are lovely
The aesthetic was beautiful and a lovely, colourful change to what we’re used to. The area was so quiet and peaceful - perfect if you want a relaxed countryside break from the city. The facilities were perfect, with so much attention to detail. I also loved the environmentally friendly approach. Our host was so lovely and helpful. Overall, this has definitely been the most pleasant experience when going on a short break 😊
