Amazing location and views from the hotel. Charming in old fashioned way and cozy. The staff was really friendly. Easy to reach by bus from Glasgow. Great base camp for hiking nearby. Arrochar village was super nice and pictureresque.
The house is beautiful! There is quiet and peaceful outside, you can hear the pleasant sound of water. Coffee in the morning with such views tasted better than at my home :)) thank you!! :)
The room was cosy, the view of the cobbler and Arrochar alps was amazing across Loch long.
The bed was comfortable and clean, and the TV was of a high quality.
One of the major things I liked was the quietness of the room, there were guests next door on both nights and I still heard nothing. I was able to get a great rest between hiking days which made such a difference.
Private entrance off a small couryard which opened into a well appointed spacious room and luxury bathroom. Very comfortable bed, quiet location but only a short distance to restaurant and bar which has lovely view over the loch.
