We recently stayed at this holiday cottage and had a wonderful experience. The cottage was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and easy access to local attractions. I would highly recommend this holiday cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.
Location was absolutely stunning. Hidden gem. Remote and beautiful. So relaxing. Garden lovely with the best of views. Very quiet and peaceful. Feel fully recharged and ready to deal with the hustle and bustle and noise of normal life.
The views were absolutely stunning, quiet and peaceful, the surrounding walks absolutely breathtaking and the pod was clean and cosy with some beautiful touches. The owner was very accommodating and left us some nice welcome treats upon arrival
We loved the hospitality we received from Shan and Phil during our stay. Shan is very friendly and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We loved staying at Bro Dafydd - it is in a lovely peaceful village and our room had a beautiful view of the fields with horses and sheep. The surrounding area is very quiet. The room was cosy and very clean. It has a good sized bathroom. The cooked breakfast was delicious and there is more than enough food to set you up for the day.
The room and facilities are exactly as shown in the photos. They are HUGE. It was fantastic. The Mansion, other than these rooms and the reception room, is restoration work in progress. The setting is very rural and quiet. No phone reception but internet wifi was good. We didnt see one other person while there for two nights
An exceptional historic mansion set in beautiful, peaceful countryside. Property benefits from atmospheric, comfortable and welcoming public areas. I felt as if I had the place to myself although other guests present. Room was comfortable and very well equipped. The staff are exceptional. All very friendly, welcoming and professional. This is a real find and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
What’s not to like about an 18th century mansion surrounded by acres of countryside? Sheer luxury with many original features. Ok so no lift ( it would ruin it) but stairs that are wide with shallow risers.
Lovely peaceful and quiet location, great setting in the midst of the Welsh countryside, great nights sleep in comfortable bed, large flat screen tv with large full range of programs.
A good selection of breakfast components was available, milk, cereal, porridge pots, etc.
We were certainly made to feel welcome.
Great location , quiet and peaceful. Just what we like. We love the countryside and it was easy to connect to nearby locations.
