Brilliant location and due to roadworks very quiet. Easy free parking in the quartier Saint Marc a short distance away; paid parking on the street. Good restaurants nearby. Quirky decor with a collection of clocks (not working) on the walls. Good sized windows and so air could circulate though a fan would have been useful in the very hot weather we experienced.
Great location, in an easily reachable, quiet suburb of Orleans. Good public transport connections to the city. Very friendly host.
The house itself is small, but has everything one needs, including a terrace near the water. If we visit Orléans again in the future, we'd certainly consider this address again.

fantastic location. 20 meters from the cathedral. Comfortable beds, quiet, peaceful, sleeping with open windows. Good wi-fi, ambiance in the building and the street like from the time of Joan of Arc.
Location was quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious and overall tidy. Own bathroom is a plus. Bed was okay for a hostel bed, and there was no danger of feeling cold during the night.
The Luck studio was incredibly comfortable and really clean. It had lots of supplies for us to cook and a very useful washing machine, which other places don't have. As well, the studio was really quiet so we could sleep peacefully. It was an amazing experience that we look forward to repeat in other hotels and apartments. We would totally recommend to anyone to stay in the studio, as it is such a lovely place rented by a lovely family.
