Large comfortable room BUT it was not in Casa Ortiz! We found out when we arrived that we had been transferred to a nearby hotel. There was nobody at Casa Ortiz.

It is a really cozy place, very comfortable beds, and having separate bathroom in each bedroom is a great thing. Owners are friendly and reply fast to our inquiries.

There are some dogs outside, and although they may seem to be many, they behaved well with our dog.

Elena is a wonderful host and did everything to make us feel at home.
The place is cozy and very quiet. There are no restaurants around, but Ribadesella is only a short drive away.
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes located in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, like trekking, bird watching, and cycling.
The Place itself, has everything that is necessary and I loved the outdoor area.

Beautiful old villa, perfectly renovated by its very welcoming owner and host, Elena. With a peaceful garden and in an excellent location to visit the surrounding nature and towns. Very near from the sea, with impressive cliffs and small beaches. Very good breakfast, including home-made cakes and cookies by Elena.
