our room (tenerife) was big and nicely furnished ; big armchairs; nice bathroom; the fact there was no one to welcome us was not an issue at all; it was very well organised for the check in ; big common room to prepare some breakfast (tea coffee etc) the next morning there was a very nice lady who was cleaning and was helpful; nice and quiet little village with a grocery shop next door and a biscuit manufacturer (for breakfast) ; dinner possible on the main square

I really loved this place. Away from the main tourist areas, with great hiking paths close by. A big and nice apartment, enough stores around, and perfect especially if you have a car. I was without a car but it worked well regardless. Wonderful peaceful place.

The house is beautifully decorated, clean, cozy and even prettier than in the pictures. Gimena was super welcoming and helpful. We were welcomed with some food in the fridge and fresh fruits, that was very toughtful. The house has thick walls, so it doesn't get too hot or cold, but there is a heater or a cooler if you need one - we didn't use either. The garden is very spacious and well-kept, and the jacuzzi is great. It's very quiet, but you don't feel isolated. The road has a lot of serpentines, but it's in a good condition with asphalt. You should take the road from Los Menores bus station to Taucho, instead of taking the road directly from Lidl which is guided by Google maps. You may be visited by some cute looking local cats. Overall it is a beautiful place to spend a vacation, especially with a partner.

“Casa de los abuelos” is a quiet, peaceful, magical place, situated in the mountains with a view of the city and the ocean. A cozy cottage with a large garden. Morning breakfast on the terrace in the rays of the rising sun is priceless. The hosts are friendly and helpful.

The location is great for hiking in the nearby area, which is stunning! Ziggys is also close to bars, cafés and restaurants, and is easy to get to from the bus stop. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The outdoor area was peaceful and the building is beautiful.
The staff were exceedingly welcoming and courteous, the meals were really excellent, the room very comfortable and the location perfect for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing experience. It was also fairly central for accessing most of the island's main destinations. I would definitely recommend the hotel and, if we return to Tenerife, would absolutely return to this hotel.
Excellent location for hiking in El Teide National park. Kind hosts. Good breakfast included and great, cozy restaurant and bar if you want to have diner and/or a drink. Comfortable room, with a warm shower and quiet at night. Easy to park right outside.
The location is beautiful, quiet, above the clouds with a great night sky. The breakfast was plentiful, variation on offer to meet most diets, dining room very nice, staff helpful.
I had a sport massage at the spa, it was good and very relaxing.
I think that the hotel would make a great venue to host a yoga retreat/holiday. The location is quiet, peaceful, the garden is restful and there is space that could be adapted for yoga group sessions both inside and out.
