Everything about this place was great. Wonderful couple running it, they bent over backwards to help us with details about the local area and specially prepared breakfast (it was delicious). The local area is stunning, great for hikes and I strongly recommend the Via Verde cycle route starting in Horte de Sant Joan. The peace and quiet around Mas La Llum is something really special, especially if you normally live in a city or town. They have two lovely dogs that gave us a big waggy welcome before we could even get out of the car. They have a couple of books with pictures chronicling the build and the process to get where they are today and it really felt like we were staying in a Grand Designs house. Kevin McCloud would love this place.

What an outstanding property. It’s a beautiful cottage full of character. The hosts were absolutely wonderful, they had the fire going and tv on as we walked in, made us feel welcome after a very rainy day. The hosts were so helpful, what a great place they have.

Very nice room with the great view and homely feeling. Great place to stay for longer periods as has a common kitchen and separate fridges for each room.
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
The staff were polite and very helpful. Food was excellent. Everywhere was very clean. Quiet and picturesque location. Only 30 minutes drive to Motorland Aragon circuit.

Stunning location 1/2 mile up a track off a quiet road! The hotel has been decorated by the owner, leaving nothing to chance with lots of interesting artefacts from her travels.

Beautifully renovated old manor set in delightful grounds, with excellent facilities. The staff (and owners) were helpful, attentive and a pleasure to speak with. We enjoyed first class cuisine, both at breakfast and dinner. This hotel is an oasis of tranquility set in a region of charming medieval villages and breathtaking countryside. Well worth travelling to this gem of a place.

Carlos the owner very kindly met me from the bus and took my luggage to the appartment. That was really helpful. I had told him what bus I thought I would arrive on, and he was there with his motor bike! It was great - I was at the appartment in a few mins and he also helpfully explained some local features and tourist spots. The appartment was quiet and clean and comfortable, close to the castle at the top of the town. A blissful stay
