The house is set high up in the mountains in an outstandingly beautiful and remote area with incredible views. Parking is on the road nearby and the house is accessed via a very steep path. We are fit and healthy but this was still tricky with suitcases. The house and view are totally worth the struggle when you arrive though! The house is fantastically equipped, the bed very comfortable and the outside area very pretty with chairs, tables, sun beds, bbq and pizza/bread oven. There is heating throughout the house and plenty of hot water for showers.The owner was very attentive when we needed help. There is no mobile signal in the area but the house has WiFi connection. There are 3 cave restaurants all within walking distance nearby with friendly staff and very well priced menus. We walked from the house into the hills and enjoyed incredible views. We would stay again without a doubt.

Absolutely fantastic. Perhaps the quietest place we have ever stayed, and the room was amazing. The town of St. Lucia is only 2km away and had several good restaurants, and is arguably the prettiest town on Gran Canaria.

Very quiet and peaceful place on top of a hill, good starting point for a nice hike, mini swimming pool makes a nice and relaxing place to enjoy the spectacular sunset behind Mount Berentayga, also very nice view to Roque Nublo
The location is the best thing about this hostel. If you like remote, quietness and hiking this is for you. The view is amazing and the sunsets are incredible.
Absolutely everything! The house is fitted out to very high standards. The best shower ever, great kitchen with full oven which isn't that common. But most of all the perfect, peaceful location to enjoy hiking right from the door and amazing evenings watching the sun go down and gazing at the moon and stars. We loved the apartment - it's extremely comfortable and quiet, located close to the town centre and spar shop. Our apartment had a great view of the mountains. Alicia was very communicative throughout and very helpful when we wanted to extend our stay during a busy time in Tejeda. There are many hiking opportunities available starting from close to the apartment.
It is very remote area. Keep it in mind that it is situated at very remote area and you have to take the bus or drive to the place.
I loved the whole stay and the view and hiking spots.
The buss stop is nearby but the buss goes only three times a day.
I was there to chill and be in the nature and The place offered me that. Living room is the best part of it, it has good vibes and is very cozy with a fire place. If you love nature and want to get rid of the city and find a very cozy and peaceful place, this spot is best for that purpose.
The hosts were amazing and very helpful. The location is perfect. If you're into hiking, it's right on the path to Cruz the Tejeda. It's quiet and the view is really nice. It would be the place that I definitely want to come back.
