This is a truly wonderful house in a completely secluded walled garden containing a private pool. The garden features some lovely horticultural work including a papaya and an elegant squat palm by the terrace.
There is a good gated parking area outside the wall.
The location is very quiet with little traffic, but the coast and shopping centres can be reached in less than ten minutes by car. There is a good local shop within three minutes' walk. We noticed that there is a bus stop nearby.
On some days, we were very happy just to relax in this remarkable place.
Our hosts were kind, helpful, available, considerate, and unobtrusive. They are to be congratulated on creating such a place.
The Casona de Yaiza can be found next to the Timanfaya National Park on Lanzarote. There is an outdoor swimming pool and all of the rooms have satellite TV.

We were lucky enough to stay in the old area in a large and bright room.
Breakfast is good but is served too late in my opinion as the starting time is 8.30 in the morning but I think it is late for those who are planning an excursion. The buffet is very rich but has a choice of sweet rather than savory and a good part of the buffet is fruit only, I would have liked more variety and some scrambled eggs but overall I'm satisfied.
The staff is friendly and helpful and we appreciated the presence of "Claudia the cat" who was treated very well by everyone

This casita is an independent house for app. four persons thus it was even too big for just two of us. It is located in a perfect quiet place situated near the mountains and the sea (both visible and accessible just in a few minutes), surrounded by locals and permanently on the island living foreigners (mainly British and German). We could observe a local shepherd going to the mountains with hundreds of his goats while sunbathing or eating outside, watch both the rising sun and the moon over the Atlantic ocean, go to the charcos (small natural depressions in which water collects) to have a dip during a warm day (or simply choose to chill in the jacuzzi right behind the house). The Jardin de Cactus, Jameos del Agua and Cueva de Los Verdes are rather near, the island of Graciosa is easily accessible (20–25 minutes by car to the ferry in Órzola). It is important to mention that one who is looking for the industrial accommodation / entertainment should definitely not go there! This place is meant for the quality individual stay. The owners of the place are there to provide with any information needed at any time which is highly appreciated!

Jose was a lovely host. He gave us fresh strawberries and eggs from his allotment next door. Enjoyed all aspects of the villa, especially the outdoor space. Had a fantastic week there.
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
Peaceful, very private, exceptionally quiet location, comfortable and very spacious house, very well-equipped. Clean, plenty of basics provided, and lots of towels which was really helpful. Good base to explore the island. Friendly but not intrusive host. Lovely bathroom and clothes storage in main bedroom was fabulous. House was exceptional value for money and we'd definitely return for another stay.

The apartment was spotless when we arrived. The key collection was straightforward, and it was self check in. The apartment is located in Costa Teguise, is peaceful and in a quiet area. Less than 10 mins away is the town centre where you can find everything you need. The airport is just about 15 mins away. The staff were attentive and helpful when needed. Overall, it was very satisfying and I would recommend it to anyone. 5 stars!!

Super comfortable beds. Great kitchen. Strong wifi. The host was utterly lovely, so friendly and helpful and really responsive to questions. Offering advice on places to eat, shop and visit. We even got a massive home made rice pudding one evening. The villa is about a mile from Costa Teguise - so your own transportation is required ideally. But because of the distance it is quiet and peaceful!
The villa had everything you needed very quiet and peaceful very comfortable beds plenty of towels . Host was very kind and helpful they left us drinks which was very much appreciated arriving at lunchtime in the sweltering heat we were aloud to check in earlier which was great so I really appreciate that especially have young kids in the heat. The villa is lovely decorated inside and throughout. Kids loved the swing to. ❤️
We loved everything about the house but especially the pool and how much space we had inside and outside the villa! The beds were really comfortable with excellent linens, duvets and pillows. Raquel kindly left a homemade traditional Spanish omelette; it was delicious! The area is close to everything but very peaceful and quiet which we loved.
We really enjoyed our stay a lot and always felt very much at home in the apartment. The beautiful and large terrace is an absolute highlight, from which you can watch the sunset and also from one of the bedrooms you have a lovely view of the mountains.
Only a couple of minutes walk away is a good restaurant which we can highly recommend.
