Very quiet rural location, good views of the sea and night sky from upstairs balcony,
20 minute drive to the stylish but small Tazacorte and Playa de Tazacorte with a beach and a few restaurants and shops.
No mosquitoes in April so we could relax sitting out at night, lack of air conditioning was not a problem after I had temporarily repaired bedroom fly screen enabling bedroom window to be left open.
Good laundry facilities, good response to fix a problem we noticed when first arrived.
The property remoteness and isolation was a positive aspect for us as it ensured peace and quiet. As we live in a rural area it was not an issue, however this may be a little unsettling if you are not comfortable being remote and isolated, the property has good security and the island felt safe, we noticed numerous lone female travellers which was a good sign.

Traditional canary house, amazing experience to stay in a local place like this. Fresh oranges and lemons were at the room at our arrival, also anytime you may find and collect them from the beautiful garden! There is a swimming pool and a barbecue place in the garden as well and you can easily see the new Tajogaite Volcano when having breakfast outside. Calm area, far from main road(but there is a bus next to the house).

We had a beautiful and unique holiday in Casa La Majada. It was calm and clean, and the owner very gentle. It is good, that the apartments are only for two persons and that parties etc. are not allowed. If you need to calm down from a stressed working life, we can recommend Casa La Majada.

We knew that It was going to be quite cold at night , so we chose a place with heating. It was very clean despite the daily ashes coming from the volcano. Easy to reach from the Visitor's Center of the National Park

The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
The house is in a great location, 10 minutes walk from shops and bars but in a quiet cul-de-sac with banana trees growing on three sides. The property is very clean, cared for and well equipped if you like cooking. I contacted the owner on a few occasions, and he was helpful and quick to respond. Tazacorte is an unspoilt town a few minutes drive away from a good beach.

Everything! This is a house oozing character and brought up to date in style. In a perfect location just 2 minutes from the town centre but in a lovely and quiet residential area.
Lovely quiet pool area (usually had the pool to myself) and sun on our balcony most of the day (though not for sunset). Close to centre of Tazacorte (though the road is quite steep).
We enjoyed our time here in spite of the negatives and would stay again as we had a lovely relaxing time.
Shower was hot and powerful (I don't understand the negative reviews) and bathroom was big enough for us.
The buildings - interior and exterior - are beautiful. Every detail is painted in wonderful colours. You live in a botanical garden! There is birdsong, otherwise it is quiet. Everything makes you smile! Short walk to the beach, short walk to Tazacorte town. This is one of the best (two or three) hotels i have stayed in.
Really lovely and in a quiet area but lots to do nearby. We had a two bedroom apartment with a sea view. Lots of space and a balcony too. The kitchen was well equipped also and the whole apartment was spotless.
Beautiful roomy apartment. Tazacorte is a great place to stay, close to the beach and hiking. Transport links great. Two supermarkets in town and only ten minutes from Los Llanos. Great restaurants in town too.
The apartment has everything you might need and super quiet. We will definitely stay here again.
