We were blown away by our stay with Maria and Fernando. Two of the loveliest hosts we have ever had when travelling. They were extremely accomodating and kind, gave us great local recommendations but most of all were just lovely people to talk to. The hotel itself is beautiful, an old country house renovated while still keeping its true charm. The village is tranquil, and a short drive from places worth visiting. We paid extra for the breakfast which, for what the price was, was such great value - a showcase of fresh, local and seasonal products. I would really recommend the stay here, and would love to come back

Beautiful village location with awesome scenery all around, tranquil vibe, no local restaurants but dinner was very good,
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
An amazing, quiet location. Just what we were looking for. They offer both food service and a self-catering kitchen. We went for a random walk and discovered the trail leading to 2 dinosaur footprint locations. About 2 hours return from the lodge. Cross over the river and head up towards the old church. A fairly flat path with great views following the contours of the mountains. We did it with closed sandals.
The house is located in a quiet and peaceful village, which allows a peaceful vacation far from the city and the noise. Very nice owner, good and efficient communication. Helped us with everything needed during the stay. The view from the house is stunning.
