Good authentic location; in summer you can even have a swimming pool holiday; the pool of the municipality is opened 7/7 in summer months (€7 per person per day (2023)); we went to Madrid by car approx 40 min; friendly people in the town ( if you speak some Spanish ofc). Little supermarket en two local bars available; also at the swimming pool there are snacking options. Room itself was really clean and practical (shower/tv/AC). Would recommend this.

A very calm place with a beautiful view to the lake and mountains.
The room is simple but clean and functional with a small terrace.
The gas BBQ is very convenient (but takes some time to preheat).

Location excellent we went to a wedding 4 kilometres from El Berrueco lovely little village with several bars/ Restaurants well kept and friendly locals
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
Fantastic overnight on journey through Spain set in beautiful gardens and a lovely peaceful location. The host was super friendly and accommodating, particularly with cooking for our daughter. The dining room was awesome! Would definitely return.
The hotel is in a perfect location on the way to get the car ferry from Santander. Although right next to the motorway it has the feel of being in the countryside. Superb very Spanish hotel. Friendly staff and all in all excellent value for money.
The outdoor bath, comfortable rooms, aircon, coffee machine, great eclectic mix of art, on and off the walls, the house and spaces in and out, with peaceful gardens and outlook. Very clean - everything had been thought of - didnt need to ask for a thing!

Location is great but needs signposting straight off the motorway. It is very quiet despite being close to the motorway. Beds were ok. Despite problem with initial room, staff willingly changed it for room next door. Very clean. Friendly greeting when we arrived. Parking good.
