We felt like a part of a family in this picture-perfect remote guesthouse. We had dinner and breakfast there - both delicious and healthy, perfect for our flexitarian needs. A number of hiking trails start from the house, tasty water can be filled straight from the nearby stream. Absolutely charming duplex, perfect for cold seasons. We arrived and the heating and chimney were already on and we were instantly incredibly warm. Apart from the (very frequent and very nearby) church bells, the area was really calm and quiet. Above all, what makes this place special is the profound attention to detail; everything we might possibly want or need was planned ahead and could be found exactly where you’d first look for it. Not only did we immediately feel at home, but we truly felt like this duplex was “made for us”, and if the following night wasn’t already booked, we never would have left !

Beautiful location, charming hosts, very peaceful area, magnificent original home (parts dating back to 1057) with all modern conveniences, breakfasts generous, delicious, carefully prepared and presented. Cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough.
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
The property is open plan and up in the mountains. It was so relaxing, peaceful and beautiful was great! I loved the view you get from sitting in bed!!
The location is beautiful, with a hiking trail and Rover just opposite. The, staff really take care of you. The views and surronding área is beautiful and food is delicious and they use local products. You can reach on public transport from Barcelona.
The apartment was clean, lovely, with good natural lighting and with a marvelous view of the mountains. It was very peaceful here. The owner Anna is an incredible person. She helped us a lot during the stay. We missed the last bus and Anna picked us up. If you'd like to go for a forest walk or hiking, the GR-5 trail is lying just right behind the house. I definitely recommend staying here.
Nice large room with all comforts and appliances, clean and comfortable, good heating system. Friendly host. Nice location. We had a very quiet stay thanks to very few guests on the first night (one in the suites and a couple in the camping) and no-one at all in the second night.
Beautiful location in a quiet valley with stunning peaceful views. Decor and general appearance is really well done. Our room was gorgeous (although you have to know each other well as the whole of the bathroom is in the bedroom - very exposing !).
The owner was fabulous and couldn’t do enough for us. The grounds are wonderful to walk in and you can meet the horses and dogs who live there - our little doggy loved it as she was made very welcome too.
