It was our second stay in Casa de las Arcas and it was as good as the first one. The place is magique and the family guarantees that you are very well taken care of. Once you stay here you will not want to leave. Staying here was like being in a dream. The property faces the most beautiful mountain and village where you can enjoy the most amazing sunrise and sunset. It is a very peaceful and secluded place to stay, which is a much better choice than busy Potes. The hosts are wonderful and they make you feel you are staying in your parents’ house with incredible food - I repeat- INCREDIBLE food and wonderful vibe.
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes located in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, like trekking, bird watching, and cycling.
Location is great - very quiet and nice views. We had a brilliant evening meal - a special menu del noche which they did for the three of us. Involved cooking our own steak over a skillet on the table which was good fun and the steak was amazing quality. Nice sized rooms and ensuits.
A really nicely located hotel above a mountain stream, a great room with a balcony and a view of the hamlet below and the snowy peaks to the west. Good parking. Quiet. Will definitely come back here. Recommended!
