Elena was a joy! And when we inquired about local food and mentioned we preferred vegetarian meals, she offered to cook for us. Later we sat down the a superb salad with fresh vegetables from her garden + delicious slices of tuna, seeds and nuts, then the best omelettes we’ve ever had. What a treat.
She also clued us in to a wonderful display of native plants in the town.

The house is beautiful and feels very homely. The central heating was perfect, and the kitchen well stocked. The views from some of the rooms were truly stunning, and the hosts were on hand to help with even the smallest of issues!
