The very BEST Stay in Spain. Hosts are extraordinary. Readily available and most accommodating at all times. Picked up our family of 5 at the Camino and recommended a great restaurant within a short walk along a country road or if you prefer they would give you a ride. The property is like a farm, but accommodations are remodeled and modern. Large rooms. Comfortable beds. You won’t be disappointed here.

Such a unique accommodation. It was the best night of my Camino. I felt like I was staying in someone's home. The common room allowed for a friendly connection with other travelers and pilgrims. I followed all directions and ate at the restaurant at the bottom of the hill before 15:30. As I had to end my Camino there and get to Bilbao, I took the bus at restaurant to Deba and took the train. Everything was conveniently located. There were some packaged foods to microwave for other travelers. Luckily someone shared a baguette. There was a hot water kettle to make tea in the morning.
Arriola Txiki is located in Itziar, 2297 feet from Deba Beach. It offers great views of the town and the surrounding mountains from its terrace and garden.

The hotel is a converted dairy farmhouse, so it’s traditional and authentic, with beautiful grounds and lots of animals. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They even picked us up from town because I forgot to look at the map to notice that they are located above the town. They have nice snacks for sale.
Casa Rural Ekoigoa is set in the heart of the Basque countryside, by the Urola River. There is free WiFi and free parking and Zumaia Beach is just 4.3 mi away.

The owner Maria is super nice and accommodating, the included breakfast was high quality and delicious, and the area is secluded and quiet.
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes located in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, like trekking, bird watching, and cycling.
It was an amazing stay on our Camino, the quiet rural location, comfy room, friendliness of the hosts etc are as good as the other reviews say but I'd like to highlight the dinner that you can get at the property restaurant: the meat we had was probably the best we had on our whole trip! The breakfast is probably amazing too but it starts at 8:00, which was a little late for us.
Beautiful nature, quiet place, very clean, towels are changed and room is cleaned every day. Interesting experience in the Sider house. The host was very funny, explaining how to pour sider :)
There is common area with a fridge and microwave, so possible to leave stuff, although we found out a day later
This place has a wonderful atmosphere, views, and friendly people. We had some of their own produced white wine and apple juice‐ good taste and met the owner, who is the winemaker!

The owners are super friendly and the location is very nice and quiet. The beaches are within a couple of minutes by car, as well as the towns Deba, Zumaia and Getaria to eat out or do some shopping.
