Fantastic location right in the heart of ciutadella but on a side street so quiet and peaceful. The room was very clean and we appreciated the friendliness of the lovely lady who was there in the morning. The free loan of beach towels was also great as was the cake in the lobby!
This is a gem of a hotel--perfect location on a quiet street in the middle of the old center (with plenty of free parking close by), exceedingly kind and helpful staff who work tirelessly to keep you happy, delicious breakfast delivered every morning to your room in a cute basket, and the most calm and peaceful atmosphere in the hotel itself. I will be back next summer...
A very peaceful hotel. Very new and very clean. It’s not a very big hotel which makes it really nice and quiet. All employees are incredibly nice and attentive, they make you feel very welcomed and taken care of. It’s also super nicely located with a beach right in front and Ciutadella 10 minutes away bar car. There is also a supermaket right next to the hotel which is convenient to buy things for the day.
This was our second time at Son Juaneda and everything was just as perfect as the first time we stayed. The location is perfect, it's so quiet and peaceful, the pool is lovely, the people are so friendly and the food is delicious. We'll definitely be back again.
Very nice, quiet complex with only 5 rooms. The service was very friendly and Coco is really extremely nice and takes care reliably and quickly.
The breakfast covered all needs and was of good quality. Plenty of fresh fruit and croissants as well as bread/rolls and different types of cheese and ham.
The location is great for hiking (incl. various beaches) and you can drive to Ciutadella in about 8 minutes by rental car.
