An idyllic house set high on the hillside overlooking the mountains. Rooms were simple but perfect. Breakfast was lovely and traditional. Extremely friendly hosts. A perfect base for exploring the Picos.

The apartment was spacious with a creative design, the jacuzzi in the parents' room was luxurious, a great location for children in terms of design and location in nature and the possibility of going on walks around.

Casa La Quintana is superb in all respects. Our bathroom had a proper bath with plug! There are at least 4 bedrooms in the house, each with an en suite bathroom. Downstairs, there is a fully equipped kitchen, and a lounge / dining room. We had the place to ourselves. If the house was full, and all guests were wanting to cook, it might get a bit hectic.
The village of Oceno feels a world away from the bustle of Arenas de Cabrales, Poncebos and the Cares Gorge. Parking is easy. There are no shops. There is one (good) restaurant. Nobody speaks English. There is no wi-fi or phone signal. Awesome!
Set just 27 km from Santa Maria de Lebeña Church, Hotel Rural El Sestil features accommodation in Dobres with access to a garden, a bar, as well as room service.

Absolutely perfect stay - couldn't ask for more! The house is charming and beautiful with large, comfortable, clean rooms. The owners are so friendly and helpful; all of their advice about the Camino Lebaniego and other shorter hiking trails nearby was spot on. They are lovely people who really go above and beyond for their guests. And the location is stunning!

This was a lovely, well kept, quaint Spanish apartment in an exceptionally quiet neighbourhood. Bar/restaurants/shops very close. We visited on a motorbike so rides were excellent. Beatrix was most helpful, friendly and communicative. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

For some reason there was confusion in the order between what we ordered and what you sent confirmation. The details were given to Anna booking service
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
David and his wife are exceptional hosts and really welcomed us as a group. We are doing the Camino de Lebaniego and David helped us with directions , places to eat along the way. Their place is situated next to a river overlooking the valley, little church and the ancient pilgrim way...very peaceful, restful place with the sound of running water a constant. The village has just been voted the prettiest village in Cantabria...
We stayed here one night while hiking the Camino Lebaniego. A charming house in a beautiful village. David was a super welcoming host and gave us helpful tips for visiting the lookout and waterfall. Breakfast was great!
