Foremost the hospitality of Elias and Laura. The home cooked meals from vegies and meats produced on their farm was the best we had in Asturia. It is a distance from the camino route but Elias provides transfer for a fee. It was a wonderful experience.
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes located in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, like trekking, bird watching, and cycling.
Lovely large room, very comfortable beds. luxurious towels, decent water pressure, interesting library. The absolute highlight was the delicious meal which we enjoyed so much more because of the very helpful, kind and professional staff who were attentive (without hovering) and happy to spend the time explaining the menu. Would definitely return
Lovely family run place and in a really peaceful location. The walk into the town was a welcome bonus and gave us the opportunity to stretch our legs after a day on the motorbikes and then burn off some of the beers and food on the way back!

Very smart and comfortable room in a central location. Very comfortable bed, quiet at night, good shower. Very clean. Cangas is a bustling place with some lovely areas and plenty of good eateries
An entire apartment with secure garage for not that much more than a hotel room. Remote and nowhere to walk to but I knew this when booking - it was quiet with almost no road noise. I would stay again.
Room was spacy and quiet. Beds very comfortable. Bath room also very nice.
Hotel has 2 inner court yards. one of them serves as an outdoor bar. This court yard has a wonderful Sequoia tree 35 m high.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the hosts were very good in getting us into the room quickly. The town is a marvelous town with many good restaurants and very walkable. It's also a great town for hanging out in for a couple of days. We were very lucky in that there were no other guests there at the time so it was very comfortable and quiet.
Very clean, comfortable small house in quiet rural village. This house is a really loved place with a lot of attention paid to detail. We would definitely return and spend more time here.
