Quim and Evi were of genuine kindness, very welcoming, friendly and hospitable. We do not speak any Spanish, so communicating was a bit difficult, but we always managed to get somehow understood and the service was great.The breakfast was amazing, containing fresh quality products only. It would be useful to put English or French translations of the names of the products on a list, though, as we did not always know what we were eating ;-) but that was not a problem, rather an exciting culinary discovery. Spa facilities looked really nice but would have necessitated some time for heating. I would have loved to have a dip into to the pool, but it was too cold which is a pity. But it is true we did our booking in the last minute, and for February, so I can understand this. For spring/summer season, I think it woud be great if your spa facilities could be included in the room price instead of costing extra - that would be good value for money for your clients. Lovely old property in very peaceful location yet only ten minutes from Girona airport. We had an early flight but hosts more than happy to prepare excellent breakfast for us 45 minutes earlier than usual. Very hot when we stayed so pool very welcome.

Fantastic house in a superb part of the country. Ideal for nature lovers and a great base for walking and cycling. The room we had had a terrace with views over the countryside and was very comfortable. We had a half board deal and the evening meal was delicious, with local produce, and which also included wine and a glass of ratafia digestive. We’ll be back!
