It’s a wonderful original cave house that has been updated. I especially liked how quiet and earthy it felt. I used it for a solo meditation retreat and to recharge by spending my time alone after my retreat.
The kitchen had everything I needed to cook and I enjoyed sleeping in the upstairs bedroom cave. The owners are friendly and hospitable.

We stayed here a couple of years ago and loved the property and the quirkiness of it. All mod cons were available and the environment was lovely and peaceful with great vistas.
What a wonderful place! We absolutely loved our short stay here and just wish we had longer. We will be returning for sure. Cueva Manzana had great facilities, was comfortable and spacious, and so quiet. We put the log fire on one night because it had been a cold day - and it was so efficient the cave was so warm in no time. Aurora was so friendly and helpful and made our stay even better with all the information about the local area.
Good breakfast, welcoming friendly hosts, fridge, tea and coffee facility, internet within the room, covered parking, quiet rural setting. Handy for motorway, permanently warm (internal temperature constant at about 18 degrees C) and an ideal introduction to what it is like living in a cave dwelling. Because it is a cave you have to accept that it is different from your usual hotel experience, but that is the whole point of booking this property.
The cave house was delightful and we would love to return and stay a few days to explore the area. Restaurant and bar were good. Very quiet and peaceful location. Staff were quite friendly.
