Amazing experience to stay with such a wonderful couple in this beautiful hotel! We finished El Camino, and at first, we thought it was too far from Santiago center, but we were so thankful that we found this gem. Amazing room, service, bedding, complete breakfast ( best we had on the whole trip), and great company. So nice to have had a couple of days in the beautiful countryside after El Camino!

We loved this place. Dominique is an attentive host and helped make it stay perfect. We liked the comfort of the rooms, beds and bathrooms -it was all great. We especially liked the garden where we hung out and relaxed. It was very peaceful.
The restaurant was super and we had great breakfasts there plus a dinner. All perfect.
Overall he had a great stay. What a fabulous hotel.

This place is so charming! From the moment you walk through the front gate, you feel like you’re in a special place. It’s tucked away off the road and it’s quiet.
The rooms were immaculate, with beautiful bed sheets, and an updated bathroom. Room was also large. The restaurant on the premises was a plus. Staff was excellent, from the front desk person to the restaurant servers. Everyone was helpful and welcoming.

Loved the house though it was walk Into town for services and dinner. Were a few dogs barking during the night from an adjacent home. Great location though off the Camino.

We selected this hotel due to its location on the camino. We had hoped to enjoy the gazebo and yard. Unfortunately we had rain. However, the hotel was great and met our expectations. We liked the ambiance.

Comfort. Quiet. Off the path. Very beautifully appointed. Excellent hospitality.
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes located in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, like trekking, bird watching, and cycling.
The place is very quiet and provides a good rest from Camino. The management is very nice and dinner (menu de peregrinos) was exceptionally tasty. Rooms are comfortable and toilets are clean and spacious.
Comfortable quiet accommodation, on the Camino, with possibility to make yourself a cup of coffee and free fruit.
The friendly face to face reception was a pleasant change after the impersonal time-consuming check in processes of the previous days. The member of staff who took us to our room even carried my rucksack for me.
Wonderful, warm hosts, very clean and beautifully decorated rooms. The house allowed us to feel the atmosphere of Galicia - through its interiors, breakfast and excellent location (very close to the highway and Santiago, yet perfectly quiet and relaxing).
the location is very rural, but easy driving to Santiago de Compostela. it is quirky and cosy, lovingly kept by Pilar. we had two peaceful nights here and would love to return for longer. It is strictly bed and breakfast, no jug, tea/coffee or fridge in the room but a great terrace to self-cater with snacks and wines, which is how we like to travel.
