Very clean modern fresh hotel in a very quiet area. Rooms are modern, clean and with a balcony.
The staff; Miss Rania, miss Merna and Mr Abdel are very professional, quick in acting and problem solving. We had some issues with some youngsters making to much noise etc and they solved it wherefore thanks.
Pool(area) beautiful, beds with free towels. Breakfastarea in- and outside and great coffee!
The Hotel is perfect for near and in cairo weekend, the Staff were very helpful and trying their best to do everything to make you feel home, food quality and test is exceptional and restaurant staff from Chiefs, catering, manager was far exceeding my expectation, room very clean and furniture is new and luxury, pool is good and aqua is good but need to have more games as it is only 3 slides for kids and 2 for kids/adults.
The location of the property is excellent. 5 minutes drive to The Mall of Arabia where you can get groceries from Spinneys or Seoudi. Petrol station 2 mins down the road too.
It's peaceful and quiet which I really needed, and the rooftop garden was a blessing to have to play and sit in.
The owner is very kind and helpful, was available during his working hours whenever we needed him too.
Location is top on every side , It was an amazing quiet peaceful stay , in a very clean and comfy apartment that could gather all the family together.
