This place was wonderful! Parking behind a security gate included. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The room was so quiet, yet, walking distance to the old town and the river. We ran into the owner before we checked in and he was so friendly and gave us the details (his wife had already sent us the details via WhatsApp, but that's OK. ;) ) of how to check in and park. If we are ever near the Mosel again, this will be the place we stay!
We walked into Bernkastel Kues. It took around 25 minutes. There is a path along the riverside. Our landlady was very kind and could talk English. We had our own parking space infront of the house. We had the top floor to our selves. The breakfast was very good: juice, coffee, tea, many buns and sausages and cheeses to eat with the buns. Every morning we had eggs in a new way: soft boild, fried, overeasy etc. There was also a new small yougurt for each of us in the mornings.
It was a very quiet street.
The apartment was large, very clean and comfortable. It was tastefully decorated and furnished. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was quiet and excellent parking. Only a short walk into town. If ever I go back this is the place I would stay.
Excellent location. As we had a 2 bed apartment got the lounge, dining, and kitchen, which was a great space for us all, 5 people in total.
In the heart of everything but quiet.
Very comfortable and clean property in a great location. Andrej was very friendly and was kind enough to provide travel cot and high chair. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well cared for. We were in an area quiet enough for the end of the day but still very close by foot and car to the waterfront, town, and many sites.
