This was a lovely house to stay in, in a beautiful and quiet area with only bird sounds. The beds are comfortable and everything is well taken care of, there is a nice place to eat outside and grass for the children to play. There is a beautiful walk around the lake with wooden bridges over the water. You can also walk into the woods. The house is just a few 100 metres walk from the small train station 'Hodnov' so it can be reached by train, every 2 hours, from e.g. Cesky Krumlov (35 minutes) and Ceske Budejovice. There is no supermarket here so you need to bring your own food or go shopping in Cesky Krumlov. Our host was very kind and helpful. We had a great stay here and would highly recommend it.

Very good breakfast, which was included in the price, but also the food, which can be ordered for dinner for a good price, was delicious.Very nice communicative staff, who will ensure that the guest is satisfied. A garage for bicycles is available on site.We particularly liked the free running animals such as cats,dogs,rabbits etc.. It just felt like being in the countryside.
We really enjoyed our short 2 night stay and wished it could have been longer. It’s really clean and comfortable with a lovely private garden area. The owners are very busy people but available to assist if necessary. Lovely peaceful space to stay with discreet hosts.

The location is very nice and quiet. Not at all far from places of interest as well as supermarkets and other shops. The hos was very nice and helped us throughout the stay. I really liked our little (but still spacious) house. We particularly enjoyed the indoor terrace in the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed. Very nice place.
