We stayed 9 nights in George’s accommodation. George is a great host, and you can really feel his pride in Tochni and Cyprus itself. He had lots of good recommendations for us, including where the nicest beaches are located, shared his favorite tavernas with us, and told us many interesting stories. Nearly every day, he surprised us with fresh fruits from his garden, like figs, olives, pomegranates, and more.
We highly recommend staying at one of George’s apartments. It’s his personality and the spirit of this little village that made our holiday truly amazing. Thank you, George! See you in the near future!
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
Everything and everyone there was perfect. ideal for a relaxing getaway with clean and comfortable beautiful stone bedrooms.
The view from the pool is great and peaceful with a clean pool and great food at the taverna.

Gorgeous, rustic rooms in a traditional village with an amazing taverna attached. One of our favourite places in Cyprus after two years living here. If you want sleek white and everything new then this isn’t for you. If you want delicious home-cooked food, a super peaceful location and accommodation with character (think antique lace samplers, exposed beams, earthen jugs) then this is the place for you! Breakfast wasn’t as good as it could have been but everything was so lovely we didn’t mind.
I was very pleased with the accommodation that was offered to me. The staff was excellent and very willing to help with anything. The food was delicious and homemade cooked in a traditional way made by their local products. The apartment and the restaurant had amazing views and it gave us the chance to look at the village from all different angles. It was also very peaceful and quiet and we could relax.
We lived in the Adamos apartments 5 and 6 within the Cyprus villages accommodation and were very satisfied with the facilities, environment and view from the private terrace, facing towards south/sun. Tochni is a nice authentic village, was very quiet to sleep (we stayed in the end of February). We enjoyed our lunches and dinners at the Tochni Tavern restaurant, which is located in the same premises – we tried other places near by as well, but this can be a food destination by itself if you wander around the area.
Had a lovely stay, we were given a great apartment with amazing view. It's an old converted country house which is what we like. Tochni was a wonderful peaceful village, just want we wanted!
For fans of traditional Greek style - that's the place. Its really like living in middle ages house (but with comfort of our time :)). Very quiet place in the middle of quiet and peaceful village.
The location was ideal and the Country House nestled in an idyllic and quiet setting with a swimming pool. I had a view as my room was on the upper floor.
The Country House itself was really beautiful and the view from the pool and the pool area was wonderful. Klea and Andreas are friendly and helpful. It's a calm and peaceful place, away from the seaside resorts.
