Find the country houses that appeal to you the most
Looking for a country house?
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes located in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, like trekking, bird watching, and cycling.
I was very tired when I arrived and since the hostel wasn't very busy they upgraded my room for my best comfort. I didn't even ask them, but they were so kind to offer me a bigger, quieter room at no extra costs.
The next day my onward travel turned out to be more complicated than expected using public transport, but the owner was so nice to take me to a better bus stop in another town. Very helpful indeed. Thank you so much
I had a super nice stay, it's in a quiet neighbourhood with restaurants and supermarkets near by and you can see lots of macaws around, very friendly and helpful owner, comfy bed, I felt very comfortable and could've stayed longer, close to Curú Nationalpark
I liked that it was in the middle of wild nature and it was amazing to be able to just sit and enjoy the incredible view! It is amazing to hear the birds and the monkeys and at the same time, very peaceful. The staff were also very helpful and kind!
Fantastic location with breathtaking views from the room onto Tortuga island and the Organos beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are cosy with a nice terrace. If you like there’s yoga in the morning.
Ideal for a nice and quiet stay but perfectly located for the main attractions such as hikes in Curu wildlife reserve, bioluminescence at night, horseback riding at the beach and snorkling boat trips.
It is located in a nice quiet place and the people are very nice and helpful.
The supermarket is around the corner and you can easily walk to the nearby restaurants.
The room was clean and has a nice seating area in front of it.
we really enjoyed our stay here , we did the tours offered which were a good price and really amazing.
If you stay here you should definitely see the bioluminescent plankton.
we also did the snorkelling tour which my mum found amazing, she saw sharks and eels and angel fish
the place was also exceptionally clean and tidy which is very nice.
a good quiet area aswell, with the exception of a few iguanas scuttling on the roofs😂 and some sweet dogs.
