We stayed in the dbl room and the chalet. The room was super nice and cosy, a lovely decor. Unfortunately it was booked for more nights. So we took the chalet which was very spacious and great if you stay longer as it has a kitchen. It wasn't as clean as others have stated. The bedroom has various windows to see the town and mountains from bed which was cool. It comes with a terrace where we watched the birds every day. It's a cool little house. It's very quiet at night. The garden frogs stop before bed time.
Amazing farm with local hiking trails, animals, rustic vibes, and incredible views. The food is fantastic and wholly produced at the farm and each dish has a unique story!

Beautiful location , very quiet , fantastic views out on the valley , great communication with owner , wonderful and succulent meals provided , fresh and organic , old cranky farm with lots of character .
Personal, quiet, very authentic place off the beaten track on the countryside in the middle of nature, with excellent home cooked meals, a very kind and attentive host who is a local and has many good stories to tell. The food served is creative, experimental and also feels like a home cooked meal from grandmother. The views off the finca into the valley are amazing. There are also hiking trails. We saw coatis and hummingbirds and other birds such as oropendolas. Best to have a 4WD. Costa Ricans also spend their holidays here.
