The amazing views, peaceful relaxed atmosphere and incredible staff made the experience exceed our expectations! The room was fantastic, well designed and very clean. The log fire is a wonderful addition and really adds to the cosy rustic charm. The focus on sustainability is also a great part of the ethos which we love. The service is 5 star! The team literally took care of everything for us from booking day trips, arranging and providing transport and delivering our meals. Manuela made us feel very relaxed and just handled everything with a calm and confident demeanour taking away any element of stress during our stay. We also booked massages at the cabin which we which we highly recommend. Absolutely anything we wanted or needed was taken care of in an instant. The breakfasts are also delicious, everything is homemade and very fresh. All our transport was taken care of making it so easy to get around even though it is a remote location. We can genuinely say we were looked after from the moment we arrived to reaching the airport when we left.

The location is very good. The central park and the transportation terminal are in 5 minutes walking distance. The room was very clean, spacious and quiet and there was hot water. The beds were very comfy as well. Big bonus was the free water and coffee.
this used to be a mansion, been converted to a hotel...very spacious...large pool, jazzuzi, spa and suana..heated...they have a bar, a liquir store, and grocerues..it incides free homemade breakfast....the jazzuzi in the suite, personalized staff..plenty of hot water
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are so kind and lovely and make you feel very welcome. The rooms are clean and the food is amazing, tasting so good, it’s delicious. The environment is so peaceful and beautiful. We stayed for three nights and wished we could stay for weeks. San Remo is close to the hot springs and you can do nice hikes or trips by horse, or just relax.
Our stay at the Matisses Hotel was a delightful experience. The hotel is peaceful, perfect for those seeking a quiet retreat. A special mention must go to the staff, who were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, adding a personal touch to our stay.

Staff was great, very personable and attentive. They contacted us prior to the stay and helped us organize several activities which we really enjoyed, such as: hiking, horseback riding and a trip to the San Vicente hot springs.
The location is very calm and natural. The hotel premises were very interesting with several activities and games such as cornhole, mini-ping pong, badminton, swings, campfires, jacuzzi, and a small playground.
Hotel Visperas is absolutely wonderful. The property is beautiful; falling asleep to the sound of the river is a dream. The surrounding countryside is stunning, and it is in a perfect location for visiting the two nearby thermal baths. The staff is extraordinarily kind and helpful. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had for the price. Truly an all around pleasure.
