The room was excellent. It looked like it was completely renovated…brand new and modern. We didn’t have a Chateau Frontenac view, but the room was quiet and we slept well.
Staff amazingly friendly and courteous. Whenever a problem occurred it was delt with in a reasonably timely manner. The quirky 80's decore was actually charming. Hotel was very quiet and peaceful.

The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone that wants to stay in Old Quebec City. We had a beautiful view of the Chateau De Frontenac. The room was spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet.
Unbeatable location, and fantastic view of the St. Lawrence river and the Chateau Frontenac, in a charming older building with lots of character. Easy access to Dufferin Terrace. The staff was very polite and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the kitchenette was a nice addition. The staff put complimentary juice, muffins, and bottled water in our fridge. Quiet—could not really hear other guests or even the activity on Dufferin Terrace.
