Breakfast was very good, the swimming pool excellent with hot tubes, the employees were gentil and attention to your need. The bedroom was excellent strong AC, nice matres, shower was excellent. Location was good because was in a quiet place
Loved this place. So central but the street it sits on is nice and quiet. The balcony was so nice to sit out and have a drink. Kitchen has everything you would need. The apartment is really nicely decorated and has a great vibe. The hosts were great with communication and fully accommodated our later-than-anticipated check-in due to car issues. We only wished we could have stayed longer.
It’s location is perfect, near the city center but in a quieter area. The host is super friendly, helpful, and makes this property exceptional. We would definitely stay again
The small hotel is in a quiet street, not so close to the center of Gramado, but in a manageable distance. The staff was very nice and helpful, even the people who do not speak any English tried to make our stay comfortable. On the night of our arrival, the receptionist was made everything in his power to help us over the phone even if our problem had nothing to do with the hotel service.
The breakfast was super good.
