The food was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful with information on what to do with the children. The location looks better than in the pictures. It is in a safe and quiet area and we liked that the restaurant was always open and we could eat there every evening.
We loved staying here - it was peaceful, comfortable and relaxing. The pool and the gardens were so lovely, with plenty of sun loungers and lots of shady and sunny spots to choose from. We didn’t have a car but we got a train to Pavlikeni and got a taxi to the hotel. The owners were very nice and helpful.
Make sure to bring some insect repellent in summer, although the restaurant can provide you some if you eat there.
The property was clean and well-presented. The setting - idyllic! The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed. The hosts were amazing - they went out of their way to help us and make our stay comfortable. The food in the restaurant was sublime. The pool a lovely touch to entertain our son. There are amazing walks around the hotel and the location is perfect for exploring historic towns nearby. We are already planning our next visit!
