The location allowed us to look around the area from Stanley in the West to St Helens in the East. We also drove to Cradle Mountain, Nowhere Else, The Promised Land and Lower Crackpot.

The owners have thought of everything to make their guest's stay comfortable. The cottage is very quiet and comfortable. The gardens are amazing. In short it is a perfect retreat. I can't recommend Altona Garden Retreat highly enough.
