The place is very quiet and peaceful. I was able to get in contact with staff when I needed to and they were very friendly and so helpful.
I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the chalet was.
The location was amazing with gorgeous views. Quiet and peaceful - perfect for a short getaway. Garden and surrounds were tranquil and well kept. Gorgeous lounge area with complimentary port for sipping by the fire.
The facilities were exceptional. Everything was thoughtfully considered on what might be needed for a comfortable trip. Additional was how homely everything was, celebrating local talent through the decor.

I really enjoyed my stay at Windrose. The facility itself was quaint and comfortable. It was close enough to Denmark town centre and still peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was just amazing and it was lovely chatting with Anna and also having cuddles with Anoushka! Will definitely book again!
We had a wonderful few days in our Studio room. It was very clean and comfortable and will definitely stay again. The bed could be bigger that is the only negative. It was so quiet and peaceful just what we needed.
Lovely location out of town amongst the trees but with a view across to the coast. Lovely peaceful gardens and quiet shared spaces. Excellent comfortable room with large round bath with a great view. Accommodating host who ensured the stay was relaxing and enjoyable, including extra nice little touches such as Lindt Easter chocolate bunnies on the breakfast table for each guest on Easter Sunday; coffee and tea available any time (including afternoon tea); Cheese and port available in the evening.
Beautiful spot in the forest, quiet and peaceful with stunning views but close to town. Lots of nice little touches… tea selection, coffee, fruit, an assortment of soaps etc.
Absolutely everything. It felt like a very special place. Peaceful, calm luxurious feel to the property. We all loved sitting out side in the morning with our cup of coffee, courtesy of Judy, watching the many kangeroos. If we are around the area again we would definitely stay again and we will highly recommend.
