Very quiet and lovely location well off the main roads. Fresh bread, bacon and eggs provided for brekky was a nice touch. Bed was comfy and enough room to relax and wind down.

Absolutely beautiful, I knew it would be good but it exceeded my expectations and blew my mind how beautiful it actually is!!
It’s was more the comfortable for 12 ladies, the kitchen was so well equipped for us to cook up a storm, the beds and pillows were so comfortable in every room, the couches and furnishings were cosy and stunning and the fire place was the cherry on top!!
Location is perfect for wine tasting and the hunter valley gardens.
I could go on and on!!!

My room was very comfortable and clean. Bed was very nice, beautiful mattress- (Room 1).
My parent’s room was very comfortable and clean. Bed needs new mattress- (Room 8). Staff /Managers very friendly, courteous and were very helpful with rooms. Cleaner was very helpful and friendly. Have stayed here 3 times x 2 rooms each time. Would stay here again nice, quiet and relaxing. Close to food, clubs and shops. Pool and Motel yard very clean.

We have stayed at Potters many times in the King Villa and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartments are in groups of 4 spread out so it is very quiet. The location is close to Cessnock while being in the countryside. There is The Mighty hotel on site for lunch/dinners or just drinks. We finally got to use the pool as it was 30+ degrees and being under the shade cloth was great. The king villa has a patio that is quite private.
Location is great for activities in and around Hunter Valley. Spacious and quiet rooms. Restaurant nearby is a luxury but many cafes are a short drive as well.
It was very clean. Great location, comfy bed, quiet and peaceful. Netflix available.
